Classic fried rice with shrimp, char siu, and peas—better than takeout.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min)
3 cups cold rice
Shrimp, char siu pork
Peas, carrots, eggs
Green onions, soy
Instructions
Scramble eggs; set aside.
Stir-fry protein and veggies.
Add rice; toss with soy.
Mix in eggs.
