Classic fried rice with shrimp, char siu, and peas—better than takeout.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 10 min)

  • 3 cups cold rice

  • Shrimp, char siu pork

  • Peas, carrots, eggs

  • Green onions, soy


Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs; set aside.

  2. Stir-fry protein and veggies.

  3. Add rice; toss with soy.

  4. Mix in eggs.


Pro Tips

  • Cold rice prevents mush.
