Classic Hawaiian Poke Bowl (Fresh Ahi Tuna Delight)

Ingredients (Serves 2 | Prep: 15 min)

  • 1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil

  • 1 Tbsp chopped green onion

  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • Chili flakes (optional)

  • 2 cups cooked short-grain rice

  • Avocado, cucumber (for topping)


Instructions

  1. Gently toss tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, sesame seeds, salt, and chili.

  2. Let marinate 10 min in fridge.

  3. Serve over warm rice.

  4. Top with avocado slices.
