Nothing says Hawaii like a fresh poke bowl—bright, customizable, and packed with island vibes. You'll feel the aloha in every bite!

Ingredients (Serves 2 | Prep: 15 min)
1 lb sushi-grade ahi tuna, cubed
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp chopped green onion
1 tsp sesame seeds
½ tsp sea salt
Chili flakes (optional)
2 cups cooked short-grain rice
Avocado, cucumber (for topping)
Instructions
Gently toss tuna with soy sauce, sesame oil, green onion, sesame seeds, salt, and chili.
Let marinate 10 min in fridge.
Serve over warm rice.
Top with avocado slices.
