Ingredients (Makes ~20 | Prep: 30 min | Rest/Bake: 1 hr)
1 cup almond flour
1¾ cups powdered sugar
3 egg whites
¼ cup sugar
Filling (ganache or buttercream)
Instructions
Sift almond flour + powdered sugar.
Whip egg whites to stiff peaks with sugar.
Fold dry into meringue gently.
Pipe circles; rest 30 min, bake 15 min at 300°F.
