Ingredients (Makes ~20 | Prep: 30 min | Rest/Bake: 1 hr)

  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 1¾ cups powdered sugar

  • 3 egg whites

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • Filling (ganache or buttercream)


Instructions

  1. Sift almond flour + powdered sugar.

  2. Whip egg whites to stiff peaks with sugar.

  3. Fold dry into meringue gently.

  4. Pipe circles; rest 30 min, bake 15 min at 300°F.


Pro Tips

  • Age egg whites overnight.
