Ingredients (Makes ~24)

• Honey, flour, spices (cinnamon, cloves)

• Almonds, candied peel

• Baking soda

Instructions

1. Warm honey; mix with dry.

2. Rest dough overnight.

3. Roll, cut shapes.

4. Bake 10–12 min; glaze.
