Greek Spanakopita (Flaky Spinach & Feta Pie)

Crispy phyllo layers stuffed with spinach and feta—golden, cheesy, and so satisfying.
Ingredients (Serves 8 | Prep: 30 min | Bake: 40 min)
1 lb spinach
1 cup feta, crumbled
½ cup ricotta
2 green onions
2 eggs
2 Tbsp dill
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 package phyllo
½ cup melted butter/ghee
Instructions
Mix squeezed spinach with cheeses, onions, eggs, dill, nutmeg.
Brush dish with butter; layer 6 phyllo sheets.
Spread filling; top with 6 more sheets.
Score and bake 35–40 min at 350°F.
Pro Tips
Damp towel keeps phyllo from drying.
