Tender bundles of pork and butterfish steamed in fragrant ti leaves—traditional luau wrap.

Ingredients (Serves 4)
Pork shoulder chunks
Butterfish or salted salmon
Ti or banana leaves
Salt
Instructions
Season meat/fish.
Wrap in leaves.
Steam 3–4 hrs until tender.
