Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Pork shoulder chunks

  • Butterfish or salted salmon

  • Ti or banana leaves

  • Salt


Instructions

  1. Season meat/fish.

  2. Wrap in leaves.

  3. Steam 3–4 hrs until tender.

  • Foil substitute works.
