Simple collards with tomato and onion—healthy East African side.

Ingredients
Bunch kale/collards, chopped
Tomatoes, onion
Coconut oil
Salt, optional spices
Instructions
Heat oil; fry onion.
Add tomatoes; cook soft.
Stir in greens; simmer 10 min.
