American Rocky Mountain Oysters (Fried Bull Testicles)

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 20 min | Cook: 10 min)

  • 1 lb bull/calf testicles, peeled & sliced

  • 1 cup flour or breadcrumbs

  • Eggs for dipping

  • Salt, pepper, garlic powder

  • Coconut oil for frying


Instructions

  1. Soak slices in milk 1 hr (optional tenderizer).

  2. Season; dip in egg, then flour.

  3. Fry golden 3–4 min per side.


Pro Tips

  • Serve with cocktail sauce—they taste like tender calamari.
