Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 20 min | Cook: 10 min)
1 lb bull/calf testicles, peeled & sliced
1 cup flour or breadcrumbs
Eggs for dipping
Salt, pepper, garlic powder
Coconut oil for frying
Instructions
Soak slices in milk 1 hr (optional tenderizer).
Season; dip in egg, then flour.
Fry golden 3–4 min per side.
