Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 30 min)

  • 4 large potatoes, cut into fries

  • Coconut oil for frying

  • 2 cups cheese curds

  • 2 cups beef gravy (homemade or low-sodium)


Instructions

  1. Fry or bake potatoes until golden.

  2. Warm gravy.

  3. Layer hot fries with curds; pour gravy over.

  4. Let curds melt slightly.
