Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • Injera: 2 cups teff flour + water + salt (ferment overnight)

  • Wat: Onion, carrots, potatoes, cabbage, tomatoes, turmeric, cumin, ginger


Instructions

  1. Mix teff batter; ferment.

  2. Cook thin injera rounds.

  3. Sauté onion; add veggies and spices.

  4. Simmer until tender.

  • Tear injera to scoop stew.
