Ingredients (Serves 1 | Prep: 5 min)
10 oz hot brewed coffee
1 tbsp grass-fed ghee
1 tbsp hazelnut butter (unsweetened, or toasted hazelnuts blended)
Optional: 1 tsp cocoa, maple syrup, pinch salt
Instructions
Brew coffee strong.
If making butter: Blend toasted hazelnuts until smooth.
Add coffee, ghee, hazelnut butter (and optionals) to blender.
Blend 25 seconds for creamy nutty froth.
