Ingredients (Serves 1 | Prep: 4 min)

  • 6 oz hot brewed coffee

  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder

  • 1 tbsp grass-fed ghee

  • ½ cup full-fat coconut milk (or hot water for lighter)

  • Optional: Pinch cinnamon or honey


Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and warm milk if using.

  2. Sift matcha into a bowl; whisk with a splash of hot water until smooth.

  3. Add coffee, ghee, milk, and optionals to blender.

  4. Blend 20 seconds for frothy green latte.
