Sweet-tangy perfection—ground walnuts thicken into a luxurious sauce with pomegranate molasses.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 45 min)
1 lb chicken pieces
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 cup ground walnuts
2 cups broth
1 cup pomegranate molasses
Sugar to taste
Salt & pepper
Instructions
Sauté onion; brown chicken.
Toast walnuts briefly.
Add broth and molasses.
Simmer 40 min until thick and chicken tender.
