Sweet-tangy perfection—ground walnuts thicken into a luxurious sauce with pomegranate molasses.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 45 min)

  • 1 lb chicken pieces

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil

  • 1 cup ground walnuts

  • 2 cups broth

  • 1 cup pomegranate molasses

  • Sugar to taste

  • Salt & pepper


Instructions

  1. Sauté onion; brown chicken.

  2. Toast walnuts briefly.

  3. Add broth and molasses.

  4. Simmer 40 min until thick and chicken tender.


Pro Tips

  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
