Hawaiian Fried Rice (Savory-Sweet Island Style)

Leftover rice gets new life with ham, pineapple, and veggies—sweet, salty, and totally addictive.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 15 min)
3 cups day-old rice
2 eggs
1 cup diced ham or Spam
1 cup pineapple chunks
1 cup mixed veggies
2 green onions
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
Scramble eggs; set aside.
Cook ham until browned.
Add veggies, pineapple.
Stir in rice, soy, oil, eggs; fry until crispy.
Pro Tips
Day-old rice prevents mushiness.
