Hawaiian Fried Rice (Savory-Sweet Island Style)

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 15 min)

  • 3 cups day-old rice

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 cup diced ham or Spam

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup mixed veggies

  • 2 green onions

  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp sesame oil


Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs; set aside.

  2. Cook ham until browned.

  3. Add veggies, pineapple.

  4. Stir in rice, soy, oil, eggs; fry until crispy.


Pro Tips

  • Day-old rice prevents mushiness.
