Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 45 min)

  • 2 cups basmati rice

  • Saffron water

  • Yogurt, butter/ghee

  • Optional potato slices


Instructions

  1. Parboil rice.

  2. Mix some with yogurt/saffron.

  3. Layer in pot with butter.

  4. Steam low for crust.

  • Flip carefully for perfect reveal.
