Buttery crispy rice bottom—Persian golden treasure.

Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 10 min | Cook: 45 min)
2 cups basmati rice
Saffron water
Yogurt, butter/ghee
Optional potato slices
Instructions
Parboil rice.
Mix some with yogurt/saffron.
