Portable, customizable rice snacks—perfect for lunch or picnics with your favorite filling.

Ingredients (Makes 6–8 | Prep: 20 min)
2 cups cooked sushi rice
Salt
Nori strips
Fillings: salmon, tuna mayo, umeboshi, avocado
Instructions
Wet hands; sprinkle salt.
Flatten rice in palm.
Add filling; mold into triangle or ball.
Wrap nori strip.
