Ingredients (Makes 6–8 | Prep: 20 min)

  • 2 cups cooked sushi rice

  • Salt

  • Nori strips

  • Fillings: salmon, tuna mayo, umeboshi, avocado


Instructions

  1. Wet hands; sprinkle salt.

  2. Flatten rice in palm.

  3. Add filling; mold into triangle or ball.

  4. Wrap nori strip.


Pro Tips

  • Damp hands keep rice from sticking.
