Ingredients (Serves 4 | Prep: 20 min | Cook: 20 min)

  • 4 cups cooked rice

  • ½ lb ground beef

  • Spinach, carrots, mushrooms, bean sprouts

  • 4 eggs

  • Gochujang sauce

  • Sesame oil, garlic, soy


Instructions

  1. Sauté beef with garlic/soy.

  2. Quick-sauté each veggie separately.

  3. Arrange over rice in bowls.

  4. Top with fried egg; drizzle sauce.
