Ingredients (Serves 6 | Prep: 15 min | Cook: 1–2 hrs)

  • 1 lb red beans (soaked)

  • Andouille sausage

  • Onion, bell pepper, celery

  • Garlic, bay leaves, thyme

  • Rice for serving


Instructions

  1. Sauté holy trinity + sausage.

  2. Add beans, spices, water.

  3. Simmer until creamy.

  4. Serve over rice.
