Ingredients

  • 10 oz coffee (or half milk for latte)

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • ½ tsp turmeric

  • Pinch black pepper

  • Optional: Cinnamon, honey


Instructions

  1. Warm coffee/milk.

  2. Blend with ghee, turmeric, pepper.

  3. Froth and serve.
